Interships

Internship opportunities at CESS

CESS offers research internships varying between 2 and 4 months. Depending on their capabilities, interns have the opportunity to deal with tasks including qualitative and quantitative data collection and the formulation of research papers on various subjects. In the past, CESS research has included studies of returned migrants, measuring the migration trends of the Albanian population, brain drain brain gain, the impact of remittances in Albanian development, trafficking of human beings, as well as other migration related issues.

Other tasks interns will have to help with will include editing, translation, and communication with our partners. The interns have also the opportunity to use our research and literature for their own research purposes. Furthermore, depending on their field of interest, they will have the chance to meet important stakeholders from our partner institutions, universities, and international organizations within Albania.
