Mission

The Center for Economic and Social Studies aims to influence public policy-making and enhance awareness on the challenges of the post-Communist transition in Albania. Naturally, its work has veered towards the studies of migration as part of the social and economic tissue of the country.

We want to build a research network on migration by working together with similar groups in the region, both by exchanging information and by engaging in joint research.
